ALBUM ARTWORK |
|
Celluloide artwork design is clearly influenced by 20's / 30's Avant Garde and Art Déco movements, as well as for the design of Celluloide logo as for the album artworks. Both CDs, Naive Hearts and Words Once Said were strongly inspired by famous posters or paintings from famous artists of this 'futurist' era of the graphic design. If the artist's original painting is not mentioned inside the booklet of the CDs, it's because the band thought that the reference was obvious and was to be considered as a tribute, and show the band's admiration for these artists' works. here is a little more details of these original graphics influences: |
